Robert Staroselsky is experienced in complex commercial litigation, white collar defense, and insurance coverage disputes. He also has experience in alternative dispute resolution such as mediation and arbitration. He is passionate about protecting clients’ interests and thoughtfully guides clients through all of their legal options during every step of their litigation or investigation.
Robert received his J.D. in 2019 from Fordham University School of Law, where he was a Grand Street Boys Foundation Scholar, and received the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award summa cum laude. He was also a member of the Fordham International Law Journal. He graduated from Touro College in 2012, magna cum laude, with a B.A. in Political Science.
Robert is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He is also a member of the New York State Bar Association and the New York City Bar Association.
