One of our primary practice areas is the representation of clients in real estate litigation and related investigations.  Our diverse real estate client base includes, real estate developers, real estate property managers, commercial and residential real estate owners, condominiums boards, condominium developers, real estate partnerships and financiers.  Our representation includes counseling these various entities and individuals and representing them in federal and state court as well as before the Attorney General and various state agencies.  We have defended and prosecuted large scale litigations including disputes involving offering plans and offering circulars, violations of Access Agreements, disputes over property management agreements, disputes over partnership and LLC rights and issues involving compliance with State, City and Local laws, rules, and regulations.
